Hello, I could use some advice concerning obesity. I have to say that I do not have a lot of extra weight but it is there and it is bothering me. So, I have decided to start a healthy life and that includes a healthy diet and exercises. So, about those diets, can you take a lot of different supplements daily?
No of course not and it would not be a healthy life if you do that. Exercise is good, although I would start with something light for the start, assuming that you haven’t exercise in a long time. As for the food, perhaps the best thing for you would be to find a nutritionist who would make you a diet especially for you, completely healthy!
I will not advice you to engage in more than one supplement at once. The exercises and healthy diet will work it out for you.You just need to be patient and disciplined.
