ive stopped smoking for 2 weeks now and the most serious symptom i am facing is anxiety i had two panic attacks so far. Can anxiety be permanent for me now?

Anxiety is a mindbody symptom. Stopping weed can aggravate anxiety, it will subside slowly once your mind gets used to the lack of weed. If after a couple of months it hasn't, work on it with a psychological therapist; it is a cycle that you can slowly break with the right mindset.
