Hello there, I have a carb question for you. I have been into the carb thing for several days and it is working! The only problem is it is drawing out every last drop of my energy. I combine 60 minute of cardio workout and then I go to weights. But this first part is tiring me easily. Could I take only carb meal an hour or two before the exercises? Would that be smart?
I do not think that you have much to worry about. I had similar problems but those passed away in a 10 days or so. I suppose that if this combination you practice for first time, your body did not get used to it for now. No matter if you have been physically active before. If you use your muscles in a new way, you would still have a period of adapting so that it becomes easier for your system. You could try with carbo meals, but I still recommend that you wait for couple of more days and see what happens.
