I also have lyme disease. I have been in remission for over a year now. Left with joint pain and muscle pain occasionally and tremors because it went undiagnosed for so long. This sounds really interesting to me since chemo is thought to kill everything in your body. I would assume it would also kill the lyme bacteria. Key would be to make sure you are helping your body as much as possible with good bacteria and help your body rid the toxins. I definitely can say that I would definitely try if it were an option. I NEVER want to be in that low spot I was for years with lyme disease again. The pain was constant for years and fatigue, nausea, fever, etc. for years. At least with chemo you know that once it's over you can be normal again.
Hello. My mom has had chronic Lyme for over 8 years and now has aggressive breast cancer. She is to start chemo next week, but is extremely concerned about having steroids with the treatment because steroids are known to cause Lyme flare ups.
Did you have steroids with your treatment? Are you still Lyme symptom free?

I know this is been over a year, but I believe one must treat the Lyme disease and any other coinfections, like heavy metals, candida and parasites… And then their body can heal from the cancer. Please do not do chemotherapy and radiation.
