1. French Lavender oil (use ONLY "Lavandula officinalis" or "Lavandula angustifolia" (or L. angustifolia). Use only 100% lavender oil (ie not mixed with other oils). Apply it directly (neat, undiluted is fine) on the area where it hurts. This will not only stop the pain, but it will actually heal the damage.
2. Liquid Marine Phytoplankton (I use oceans). This will also heal all damage. It is very strong in seaweed flavour but you can mix it into a smoothie. I use 100g blueberries, 1 tablespoon sweetened yoghurt and a splash of water (enough water to liquidise using a hand blender). Then after purée-ing, add between 2 to 3 droppers and stir really well.
Also, have lots of bed rest, watch TV or browse on your phone - no interaction or communication that will stress you out emotionally, though. Sleep as much as possible.

I fell on my left side and my arm hit under my left boob. My dog went mad at another dog and now I am in so much pain and I can't breath properly- it's been 2 days think I will go to hospital tomorrow as I feel it is more than just bruising

I have the exact same problem and i may catch 4h of sleep a day cuz after that you wake up in horable pain so then u just have to wait to heal up a bit so u can get some more sleep and im taking muscle repairing pills, bcaas ,muscle pain gel and advil im still stuck in a chair that is some what not painful but a walk to the kitchen is horrible along with lying down, and that bounce in ur step when u walk so ive been moving stupid slow everywhere and after going to the janeway it showed up fine on a xray, blood test, urine sample, heartbeat was normal and no external bruising so this did not make since to me and dont know where the pain is coming from if anyone found a fix for this or knows how to speed up the healing process or even knows how long it takes for full recorvery please please please let me know i will check this everyfew hours
