Hi
Sorry to hear that, I am also feeling the pain on left hand side of chest after the car accident. Just like you there is no bruise, my chest xray is also fine. Just wanted to know, is your conditions improved ? what is the cause of the pain ?

In two days it will be three weeks since my seat belt injured my chest muscles. No breaks or strains but it hurts like he'll. Does anyone know how long this soreness will last. I am prone to bronchitis and I just need it to heal before I start my bronchial coughing fits.
Sir mera accidents car se Hua hai may digital xray karaya hu per kuchh aaya nahi but mere chest abhi bahut he pain hai meri help kero Sir please
I agree with the fact care is minimal, it’s worse so when you are pregnant and allergic to all NSAIDs. I was in one on October 2, 2017 t bone collision with my front end totaled. I was the passenger and when my airbag deployed I smacked my face in it, the seatbelt snapped back into my chest like it should have, my sternum was hurting worse than childbirth, believe me I birthed 2 9 lbs + boys naturally. They did x-ray of chest and neck CT said I was fine sent me home with nothing. I still can barely walk without getting winded and if I reach I feel excruciating pain in my chest.
R u a doctor?
how did you remedy the snap feeling on chest
you really need a doctor.
My car was hit from behind on fri im suffering from swelling under my left breast hand fingers lower back cant breath gud it hurt like hell
I was hit on my motorcycle 11-21-15 two years ago. There was alot of trama. All front rib and sternum where broken. Have seen doctors with no answers. I hurt all the time my chest feels like numbish and like someone is sitting on it always. It I snezze, cough, or laugh its not good. I get sharp pain needeling through chest and at times different reaching positions hurt bad. I feel the pain also goes into my back shoulders and neck. It has also healed inward I belive restricking my lungs and heart. I get out of breath quickly. No one has helped me.I can't work. Need help somebody help me.
And if I may add, have someone 'splint' your ribs it makes moving and coughing so much easier. i was involved in a 2 car wreck last thursday. the car in front of me stopped dead and I tried to avert her but still connected. I went to the er because of other cardiac issues I have along with anxiety and was told I was ok. It is really very hard to cough but I have my husband splint me by hugging me from behind, not too tight but enought that I can cough and everything isn't bouncing around. either that or take a large bath towel wrap it around your torso and have someone pin it together. it really helps alot. hope you all feel better soon.
I hope you all get well soon. I also had an accident right before new year's eve. It was a go-cart accident but its impact was like a car accident I assume. I got hit from my left side very hard and I hit my complete right to the edge of the seat. Since I am a 50 kg tiny person, I think I flied of a little bit but managed to stay in the kart. The first think I remember was that I couldn't breath, totally on hold for few seconds then I thought I would drive myself to a safe place and stop (getting hit again wouldn't be good, so I was conscious). Then, they stopped the race and took me out of the kart. When I stand up and walked, it was easier to breath. Since this event took place in Germany with a really great health care, they directly took me to the ER with an ambulance. My x-ray was taken, there was no broken or cracked ribs, all intact. They also checked my liver with an ultrasound, which was also okay. I was relieved, they prescribed me ibuprofen (internationally famous pain killer) and send me home. In a nutshell, they said I should rest because it is a huge muscle and tissue damage inside. I also did not have any signs of bruising outside. Well, for 5 days, I was not able to move freely, couldn't breath deep, laugh, cough or sneeze. I thought I also hurt my diaphragm, as well, I don't know. One think they also told me at ER was that I should take deep breaths even though it hurts, to keep my lungs healthy. Then I went to see an orthopedist right after new year holiday is over. He applied chiropractic adjustment. I was standing straight without any pain, it was magical. But it was not finished, he also said I should rest because the internal muscle and tissue damage need longer periods to heal. But still, I got rid of that huge pointy pain on my back. Now I can laugh, cough, even sneeze (I was literally stopping myself as a reflex to avoid pain before) with minimal pain now. My side and front ribs still hurt at certain positions, sitting for a long time doesn't help so I stand up a lot to have small walks in the apartment. I was always sleeping on my left during the initial days of the injury, now I can lay on my back and even on my right side to sleep. I would say I am healing fast. So, I would have few recommendations. You might want to drink a lot of water, more than usual, to get rid of all the toxic materials that would make you feel tired after chiropractic adjustment and also all the inflammation you might have on your muscles and tissues internally. I used Magnesium, Calcium and Kalium supplements as well, which are also famous for sports people. I am still applying warm therapy to relax my muscles. After 5 days, I did not take any pain killers. This helped me to see how much I was healed and scale my pain. Arnica cream and lavender oil are really helping, as well for internal healing. I also recommend Yarrow Tea (German: schafgarbentee). It helps for internal healing, too. So, as a matter of fact, I acted fast and done everything I could have done so far. I managed lowering my pain and can see a progressing healing pattern here. All these are things that worked for me. PLEASE COUNSEL YOUR DOCTOR TO SEE IF THEY WOULD ALSO HELP IN YOUR SITUATION OR TO AVOID ANY ALLERGIC REACTION.
My husband was also in a car accident 8 months ago the examined him and found abdominal injuries now his stomach is fine but he complains of chest pains which emanates from the heart and spreads in the chest he feels it everyday by sometimes for a short time but sometimes the pain might last for an hour , he also feels pain on his rib
