Hi everyone, I'm 23 years old and I was circumcised when i was 3 years old due to religious reasons. I'm not sexually very active and I had very few girlfriends through out my life. Now I'm in a relationship and my sex life doesn't look good. I have a good size and girth bit the head of my penis (glans) is very sensitive that I ejaculate in seconds. I get too excited too fast. I don't enjoy sex and it's extremely embarrassing when I'm with my partner. I use delay condoms but they don't work much. As I said I'm not sexually active and before I had any gf I used to mudterbate a lot but now I don't mudterbate. Now I do kegel exercise but I want to fix my problem before I get married. I don't want to ruin my marriage life. I want to see a doctor but before that I wanted to ask here if anyone can give me a suggestion to fix my problem I will really appreciate it. God bless
