what does circumsised mean when you talk about it in the way of masterbation? im male so like is it for both or just one sex?
well if your are circumscised then the forskin that was covering the head of your penis has been removed so now you can see the head of your penis all the time. as for masturbation it doesnt mean much but normally circulmcised people use some form of lube. in uncircumcised people, they have the forskin which slips over the head of the penis creating its own lubrication. other than that theres not much difference. circumscision is mainly refered to as males only ther is in some cultures a thing called female circumcisions but thats a totaly seperate area...

Circumcised means that your foreskin has been removed (cut off).
The foreskin is a sleeve of skin that covers your glans (head).

thanks for the information now, i understand but what does climax mean? is tat the end of the masturbation?
yes when someone climaxes that means they have an orgasm which is that intense pleasurable sensation at the end of masturbation or durring sex. it is normally accompanied by ejaculation in the male and vaginal contractions and secreations of fluids in the female..... after climax women can normally build themselves up and have another one but men normally lose there erection for a while and have a refractory period before they can experience another climax (orgasm)
