for the past week i've been craving citrus. not just craving but actively seeking out and consuming mass quantities of lemons, oranges and grapefruit. what does this mean and is it harmful to eat so much?

Not a biggie, I was having carb cravings all last week. I firmly believe these cravings are what your body does to tell you it needs a certain type of nutrition.

When I started running 2 miles to the gym, work out for an hour and then run the 2 miles home (much slower of course), initially, my carb cravings were sky high. I was eating OJ, rice, brown bread, etc, almost non stop. Funny thing after a couple of weeks, my weight dropped to a certain point and my body quit craving the carbs as much....I guess it just took awhile to stablize.
