after you do # 2 how do you clean out your anus, i use q tips . how else do you clean out your anus. it hurts when i clean it out with q tips . need advice plz help. :-(
Toilet paper is probably the best idea for the outside of the anus as well as soap and water. Cleaning beyond that is not necessary. If you are you could cause yourself some serious problems.
If toilet paper hurts your bum you could use baby wipes, just make sure they are bio-degradable. When you are in the shower and if you have a removable shower head, you could spray into your rectum, this cleans it out really well, and safely.
