Can anybody relate to experiencing a nocturnal climax during sleep. I'm menopausal and take thyroid medication.
I have had this two or three times, but im only 23 i thought this was quite strange.
It could just be an erotic dream.
I have had 1 or 2 that i can remember. I did actually have an orgasm in my sleep :-D I remember waking up and i felt the tail end of an orgasm.
I looked over at my husband and he was sound asleep. I though maybe he was trying some funny stuff while i was snoozing. >:(
As far as i know, it felt good. I only wish i was awake when it happened. :-S
