I recently noticed that I have a cluster of tiny bumps on the floor of my mouth. I discovered this because I had a sore throat and looked in my mouth to see if there was any redness. Its look like i have a few bumps directly under my tongue as well. Also, I have a bump on both side of my cheeks inside my mouth. It has been a week now and I wanted to see if the bumps would go away or not and they have remained there. The bumps are not painful nor do they have any distinct color to them.
Does anyone have any idea what this means?
