once in a while i get this small little cluster of what appers to look like white head type pimples but when i pop them nothing looks to come out. it also feels like my lymp nodes swells a little in the area. there gathered together like the skin just raises ups i scraped them off once and my skin was pretty raw and stinging but there is barly if any fluid that comes out. im a little over weight and tend to sweat alot in the area there and also i have been diganoused with staff infection as well in the pass and i use to get huge abses on my face. i just wanna make sure this is not herpes i rarly get it if ever and it will last only for a couple of days longest ever 5 days when it was complelty goign away . i dont get any health symptoms like fever or anything like that it just appears up and just feels a little weird when the bumps are there then just goes away.

can anyone please tell me what this might be ? im concerned about it
