Okay so, my boyfriend and I had sex and the condom broke. We stopped immediately and he did not ejaculate. Also an hour before we had sex also and he did ejaculate in a condom and he pulled out. This was a day after my period stopped. Is there a high risk of pregnancy?

There's a risk. There are too many variables to give odds.
Because he ejaculated earlier if there was any precum in the condom or on his penis when it broke, then it may have gotten into your vagina.
