Condom may have leaked, took morning after pill, what to exp

I am the male in this relationship. We had sexual intercourse and afterwards it seemed like there was white subtly leaking out at the base of the condom. We assumed it was semen and got the morning after pill. Could it have been something else (lubricant from the condom perhaps)? And what should she expect now that she took the pills? (Plan-B)
