As you can see in the pics, I constantly get these big red swollen lumps on my labia majora. It is very uncomfortable but I am not sexually active and I do not know what is causing them.
Go to a doctor. Don't overthink it, just go. This is what doctors are for. If, by the time you get there, the lumps are gone, show them that picture.
It may be a Bartholin's cyst, but it seems a little high up your vulva for that. Maybe an infection from shaving. I'm not sure, because I'm not a doctor! You really need a doctors' opinion here. If it is an infection, you need to get there ASAP. There are bacteria that can 'safely' live on the skin (staph, strep) but that can cause an infection is it gets into a cut, and there have been cases of worse infections (MRSA) in the vulvar area.
So get thee to a doctor! It looks painful as hell, too, so the sooner you go, the sooner you get some relief. Good luck to you!
