I have been running for a couple of years. It feels good and I keep doing it. However I started to develop a problem with my feet. I keep feeling pain in my foot after each longer race. In fact, I had a short run two days ago and still ended up with the same problem. It seems to be getting worse each time. What do you think about constant foot pain recently?
It just may be a problem with your running shoes or rough terrain. Inadequate running shoes can cause a number of problems. First you have to check with your doctor to see that everything is OK. If so, you have to do some wise shopping. You have to determine your foot type and buy a nice, quality pair of shoes right for your foot type. Most likely your foot problems will disappear.
