I was waking with headaches every morning or they woke me first and my head never felt right, like I was in a malaise. It went on for 2 years and they just kept giving me a medication to try to prevent the headaches. I also always woke with a stuffy nose. You don't say if you do? if so after 2 years I was cured by complete chance as I got a severe chest infection and the antibotic didn't clear it but it cleared my headaches, within 3 days i felt completely back to normal. They had at first when it all started believed it to be caused by a nose infection and gave me 2 different antibiotics which didn't help but i honestly think it was that all along and they just didn't give me an antibiotic that was effective on the condition.

Do you have a smart meter installed...as i am starting to think it is this... keep doing research.. i never had headaches and some other weird things when i moved my bed closer to the damn thing I started to realize it myself and just starting research..bought a emp tester but to my horror found the emps extremely high in the freeway not in my home and now trying to work out what is going on.. as at midnight it was high for kilometers and going down very slowly for 2 hours.. still researching.
My headache stared about 3 months ago . It all statred with my left eye twitching and now 3 months later I been to the DR 10 times and have had all sorts of test CT scan and still no answer. But now im starting to feel sick off and on like weak and a soar throat . I have an MRI coming up but I feel as I am getting worse everyday.
Bless your heart. It's very hard to feel this way. I can tell you that you are going to hear a million different things but ask your doctor if you could have gastroperesis. Before they came up with what is called a "digestive emptying test", they put people in insane asllyums(spelling). Gastroperesis has varying degrees and can wreak havoic in your life. I know, I live with it. Adivan in very small doses help me tremendously. Let me know how it turns out/ God bless!

Hi Mark, get yourself the book ' Sweet poison, the quit plan', by David Gillespie. Follow the guidelines for quitting fructose and within 2 weeks you'll be feeling so much better. Fructose sends your entire system out of whack and makes you feel just as you have described. Give it ago, I did and I was amazed to find it really works.
had all this too, like a migraine but not as severe. started after a round bale of hay fell on me. CT normal, ER said Post Concussion, Dr's notes said Headache (no sh*t)
I'm 18 years old and I've been getting the same headaches you have everyday for threw months now. Ive been to the ER three times in that period of time where the doctors have laughed at me and told me I'm making it up. the last time I went my white blood count was above the normal range. They've given me everything from t3's to muscle relaxers to percacets. Nothings worked. I can't run anymore because if I do I feel like I'm going to pass out. That's not normal for me seeing that I play alot of sports.... the pain for it is getting unreal. It keeps getting worse and worse. I've gone for a CT scan but I haven't heard anything back yet. I've even tried putting permit on my temples and the back of my neck but nothings worked. I just have no clue what to do anymore Because nothing has helped. It's gotten to the point that I hardly sleep now so I'm constantly tired. If you have any suggestions please let me know

HRM....I got the flu and had terrible headache after...has not gone away for 4 months now...fatigued...feel horrible all the time.
Have you been checked for M.E?
I have had exactly the same for 4 years now,I'm not sleeping either it's now affecting my work and I am now at a point where I am considering suicide.

My 1st post here. I've been sick with headache and overall fatigue and unexplainable "unwell" feeling--like the flu on/off (mostly on) for almost 20 years. I'm on anti-depressants. My standard bloodwork doesn't show anything abnormal and my allergist checked for indicators on "Common Immune Disorder". She thinks it's just bad allergies. But I take allergy meds and still feel horrible all the time--especially in the morning. Possibly it is sugar, I have not eliminated that from my diet. Coffee and sugar help "wake me up" and feel semi normal, so difficult to remove those things. Brain is almost always in a fog, making it hard to carry out daily tasks and hold a demanding job. Feeling frustrated as I've now started allergy shots but my gut says it's more than allergies.

How awful. I understand as this feels debilitating. You might try antidepressants and add exercise and see if helps a bit. I'm going to try eliminating (or reducing greatly ) sugar. I do think it's making me feel worse and causing a terrible reaction--as does alcohol.
