Wow, out of all my years of searching for an answer this comment resonates with me the most. I could have written this myself besides the lemon making me feel better. On top of all those symptoms I also hurt worse when I press on the area of my stomach or lay on it, also this comes back strongly after exercising. I was tested and nothing shows up, I thought for sure it would be a hiatal hernia. It just feels like it is as it gets worse when I move and I breathe through my chest on not my stomach as well. Did you ever find an answer??
I'm going to save this website to check for replies or an email would be greatly appreciated.

If you're feeling "hungry" after eating, you feel pain when you press on your upper left stomach, etc., this may be an issue with stomach ulcers. If you also experience pain in your lower abdominal region, coupled with diarrhea, constipation, and/or gas, you may have irritable bowel syndrome. Anxiety can be a contributing factor in these issues as well. Remember, with gastrointestinal issues, self help and healthy lifestyle, both physically and emotionally, will do wonders for preventive care.

I have been suffering the same symptoms for over a year and a half. I have been to multiple doctors, scoped, and completed all sorts of lab tests. Everything comes back fine. Doctors label me as having IBS, which of course has no real treatment. I have been left to my own devices to research things on my own. It seems the bacteria h. pylori is a common culprit for these symtoms. The bacteria survives the stomach acid by releasing an enzyme that neutralizes the stomach acid and burrows into the stomach lining. The result is poor digestion and a compromised stomach lining prone to injury by the acidity of the stomach acid. Doctors treat the infection by prescribing multiple antibiotics (it is a very antibiotic resistant bacteria) and a proton pump inhibitor to reduce the stomach acid, allowing for healing. Erradication is unfortunately not guaranteed. It's a tough bug to kill. I am trying an alternative method: mastic gum, Oil of Oregano, NAC and DGL. Hoping it works and hope this helps you all'

Avoid white bread, eggs.. I personally had some sort of issiues. I had to cut coffee all processed foods especially meats and animal products.
Diary could be another issue.
Basically I research the hell out of it. Refused to pop pills from a doctor.
Mrealised the amount of pesticides I have eaten from fish, meat and animal products (YouTube pestaside). Had to flush my system and do a golbladder and liver flush.
Now I’m Vegan. Feel much better and alive and dicorvering new foods all the time.

However, I would like to help you if I can. I am tested positive for H pylory. I am still not feeling ok, but I had a period when the things were going well. Now I am planing to renew the old actions. Drinking pure turpentine gum by protocol (you can find it in the net) or gasoline (this is not a joke). Drinking clay water every morning (or during the whole day) , NAC supplement and a lot of probiotics. Whatever it is your problem I really, really, really hope this will help.
I wish a lot of luck to all of people here.
