you need eight ours of sleep so you could over sleep yes that is a thing and 12 hours is just enough to restart your sleep cycle so your body thinks you got 2 or 3.

Same here! I am 19 years old, girl, a student and a part time worker for a year and 5 months and i've been experiencing the same thing as you guys. Im working at one of a fast food chain restaurant here in my country while studying and recently, i started to feel the same symptoms as you guys have. I keep sighing, like it's already my third day that i keep sighing but actually i feel normal. I can walk, jump, run, do my work and think and etc,. I just have to sigh every once in a while. And i can also feel sudden palpitations in my heart. My parents, they're both dead. Dad died when i was 11 and mom when i was 18. So as much as i really wanted to have a check-up, i need to save up some money so i can pay the doctor for his time. I seldom have 8-10 hours of sleep due to my work and class. I do not feel any other symptoms aside from sighing and sudden palpitations of my heart that is why im curious as to what is going on with me. Which is why my biggest resource for things like these is the internet.

Sir, I am 28, very healthy, exercise often and can’t catch my breath at times. It is way worse when I lay on my back but some days I have to try and catch my breath ALL day. I have to lean forward, put my head down between my knees or lay on my side to catch my breath. Please help with something. People say it’s anxiety but I don’t feel anxious.
