Constant vulval pulsing, my period is almost 20 days late

For the past 2 days I have had this feeling of arousal/pulsing "down there" for no reason. My period is almost 20 days late but I've had all the symptoms. I'm only 15. Not sure if it's a hormonal thing? It's been very distracting and annoying.
