I am having shooting pain when I urinate. This pain shoots up into my jaws. This only happens when I am constipated. Have seen specialist thinking I had bladder problems. Was told this pain a result of constipation. Nothing wrong with my bladder. I have IBS as well. I take Omega 3 and that does seem to help but about twice a year it gets really bad. I have had 5 laxatives in the last few days and today I took Fleets. Needless to say I am cleaned out but still have the pain when I urinate.
Not sure what to do now.

I recommend that you try psyllium fiber for regularity. Psyllium is a bulk forming natural fiber that has the fewest side effects.
