Hey,im 15 years old. We do this core workout which consists of high leg lifts, bicycles, situps, side to side situps, little leg bobs, and squiggly monsters (not sure of official name, but thats what we call them) we do each for a minute. The problem is, i have a layer of fat over my abs. While some people who cant complete the workout without stopping have better looking abs than me. Whats wrong? Is there anyway to get rid of this layer of fat? Keep doing harder ab workouts?
