Hello.

I am a young lady (30 years old) and I have been suffering from dizziness and lightheadedness for the past 2 months. I was taking bynedrol 5 nights a seek for about 4 or 5 weeks. Could this have cause the lightheadedness? I have not taken the bynedryl in nearly 3 months. How can I get the lightheadedness and dizziness to go away?
Although dizziness may be a side effect of benedryl, I don’t think your dizziness is caused by this drug because you haven’t used it in three months now. If it were caused, it would have appeared when you started the drug and would probably just go away when you discontinued the use if the drug.

You would not believe how many disorders could be causing your dizziness. It could be due to ear problems, eye problems, problems with sensory nerves, and much more.

I think you should address a doctor about the matter. Depending on the other symptoms or signs your doctor may notice during examination, s/he may find what the matter is.
For example, my friend had problems with dizziness and fainting when she was under a lot of stress and when she worked a lot.

You may be having problems with blood pressure. Anxiety disorders may be causing the feeling of lightheadedness and in my opinion, only a doc could figure what your problem is. I hope you get better soon.
