i'm fifteen & i noticed that i have a bump around the outside of my anus that is hard & slightly purple. it doesnt hurt when i make a bowel movement, but does cause discomfort otherwise, especially in tight bottoms & thongs, but an overall slight pain & irritation is there.

what is this & what can i do about it?
