could it be Herpes?... could it be Warts?

First & last time I had sex was three months ago (protected)
I have a bump but before the second one comes the other one goes away (nothing else, never see or feel it again, doesn't scar).
they are white and puss filled and they are easy to pop. they usually go away after i take a shower.
So far Ive had 4 and they are only on the outer part of my vagina (labia majora)

I was thinking herpes but herpes bumps are usually painful, not puss filled, or go away in such little time... right?
I was also thinking warts but they usually can't be popped or go away on there own... correct?

I havent shaved in about 2 months

right now i have no apparent bumps but my vagina is a little irritated & raw

it is humid right now

what are the chances of having a herpes outbreak 3 months after possible exposure?

What do you think it is?

I have been tested for herpes a week ago and the results have yet to com back
also waiting on my pap smear results
