My mom's been feeling sick from last couple of weeks. Shes going through menopause and already had gastric problems. But she said she's not feeling well few weeks back and feels as if she pulled a muscle in the abdomen area or something. Since last week she's feeling really really sick especially after eating or if she walks around the house. She said the pain she gets worst after eating or when shes moving around and is between the ribs/between chest above stomach around the bra line..and i dont know how to explain but she says she also feels pain in different places in the stomach or back and it keeps moving around..the kind of pain we get when we are not being able to pass gas and it keeps moving around the stomach. Can anybody help or know what it is ? Is it from menopause or could it be hernia or peptic ulcer ? I am really worried. She went to the doctor and he gave her novo lansoprazole 30 mg...I'll take her to get the ultrasound done on Saturday. Please let me know if anyone experienced this or know what it could be.

i have the same probjust lift up the skin for a little comfort but see a doctor.
