hi, i'm a 21/f, 5', 97 lbs. for a short while i've had some lower abdominal (under belly button) gurgling and slight firmness on the right compared to left side. i have not been sexually active for a while now. my period is irregular and i have some lower back pain. could this be fibroids or cyst or something? i'm hoping this doesn't sound like the big C. any response would help. thanks
