Could your heart enlarge more if you smoke marijuana?

Dear poster of te topic: Cardiac enlargement signifies heart disease and is associated with diseased hearts that can no longer pump blood effectivelly. There are numerous reasons why that can happen. Smoking of any kind predisposes to atherosclerosis and coronary artery disease (''blood clogging'') and this can have negative consequences on the heart and with time, enlargement may ensue. If the heart is alreadt enlarged, that may signify that the heart is alreadt hindered and thus, smoking should be avoided at all costs. Best, Tom.
