I had the same issues as everyone is saying but I wasn't pregnant or breast feeding. I'm 19 now and have the same problem during different seasons or just at random times if I change laundry soap, soap, showered for long periods of time, and or didn't eat healthy. I've had bad skin that would get irritated at the slightest things in my daily routine and it was all due to eczema but they were only patches on my forearm the back of my leg. At 15 or 16 in high school I broke out really bad on my chest and I never told anyone until one day it was covered completely on both of my breasts and it even began leaking not just out of the nipple but all over the rough patchy area of my breasts. It would leak so bad that one day at school it had completely bled through my shirt. That's when I finally decided to tell my mom because I was worried. We didn't know what was going on until we went to a woman who did an examination on my breasts feeling for lumps or anything that would be a sign that something was wrong with my breasts but she had determined that I should instead see a dermatologist. There I showed the dermatologist my other scars, told him my history of skin problems from the past and without him having to look at my breasts he knew automatically it was eczema. He gave me a cream that was a stronger dosage from my previous eczema creams and with help from my mom it began to heal. I'd put the cream on every two times a day. Before school I put the cream on then my clothes and bring a jacket just in case. I healed in about a month or so of putting it on but my breasts still show markings of where it once was and my nipples are a lot more sensitive and always get cracked or if rubbed the wrong way in clothes I feel it and it's not a good feeling or a bad one but it's more like it's irritated. I'd recommend you see your dermatologist if you do have these problems with your breasts because you may have the same problem I have had and still struggle with every day. Get the help that you need and don't wait too long or you'll have the scars that will remain with you.

I've noticed that I have this too! My mom says it is very normal, and to just use neosporin or aquaphor, and to wear more cotton bras until the scab heals! Do not pick at them! The scabs are do to friction with clothes rubbing against them! Good luck!

Hey girls! I’m 16 and when I was about 14 my boobs always hurt. This is a totally natural thing. It can happen on and off your period and is usually nothing serious. Most of the time it’s just those boobs growing a little. So don’t panic, but if ur still worried ask your parents to see a doctor or do some extra research to find out more.
