I have noticed this too and im 13 going on 14 and i dont know if i should ask a docter about it or what?!?!?
I'm 36, having dry skin in general. I have never experienced dryness like this either but I was told by my doctor its eczema. I have used perscription creams but vasaline seems to work best. Use lots at night and without a bra or t-shirt that will irratitate it more. If it is only one breast I would talk to a doctor. If there is any, even a small amout of leakage from your nipple when you squeeze it talk to your doctor!!! Stress your concern, don't let them pass it off due to your age if your in your teens. Generally it is nothing more than dry skin which could be because of your air, diet, clothing or detergent. Again...don't trust what you read online..go to the doctor. It's better to get it off your mind and make sure your body is well.
Don't worry too much. It is probably just dry skin. If it is on both nipples you have little to worry about. Use vasaline,and gentle rub it in at night, try not to wear anything tight when you sleep. You should see some result in a few days although it may not get rid of the problem all together without a few weeks of doing this. Diet can also be an issue so drink lots of water so you can hydrate from the inside out. I still suggest you mention it to your doctor....they are very considerate so don't worry as much as I did thinking I would die of embarrassment.

I have this problem sooo bad right now..I put vaseline lotion on and it burned LIKE CRAZY!!! I do have sensitive skin but that is why I used that...I thought it would be soothing. I had to wash it off right away. Hopefully in time the itching will just stop. I wish something would help though!!
