at 16 years old i got my nipples pierced.
then at 18 years old i had breast implants put in.
i had to take the piercings out to get the implants.
it has been about 5 years since the surgery and removal of my nipple rings.
i slowly started to notice my nipples losing most feeling (which is a given) BUT worst of all, my nipples started to crack, scab, bleed and ooze pus when i squeezed on them.
my nipples are still doing this
my left nipple is a lot worse than my right.
my right nipple is dry and flaky, and oozes some pus. it doesn't really bother me and if i don't pick at it, it doesn't look out of the ordinary.
but my left nipple is nipple nightmare!
it's swollen, flaky, cracks and bleeds, scabs, oozes. it's disgusting, and about twice the size of my right nipple.
ive seen my plastic surgeon, my gyno and a breast doctor about this and none could give me any answers to make me feel better... :(

Have you tried using Vaseline over the area. Put a large amount of Vaseline over the nipple and cover with guaze for a few days and change daily and once healed moisturize on a regular basis with Olive Oil or Lanolin, Goldbonds or Eucerin. My moms Oncologist gave me this advice today because I'm 47 and having cracking at the base of the nipple. Who knew you could have this issue without breast feeding. Good luck.
