I had a problem with rubbing my penis, but now I noticed that I have some deepening little dots or even lines, sometimes it looks like I have small craters. I don't know how to explain it exactly, but one thing I can say that they are slightly under penis head and it is only at the front side of my penis. Should I post screenshots?

Have you been sexually active? If not, it is likely not an STD.
Your best course of action would be to see your doctor for an exam. SOMEONE is going to have to look at your penis to determine what, if anything, can be done. That someone should be your treating doctor. No one on this web site, or any web site, can prescribe any medications or any other form of treatment - if needed.
