Well to the one person who said that there was a sweet smell to there discharge, thats actually a liquid being released from having an orgasm. This fluid is made up of the same fluid of the male prostate fluid, and it contains glucose(sugar), so depending on how much fruit you've been eating leading up to sex will determine how sweet the smell and taste will be. =) . For the sweetest flavor eat more acidic fruits, fruits that are more sour than sweet like pineapples, immature strawberries, kiwi, etc... Oh and cookies and other sweet snacks do NOT contain glucose, only fruits do. lol.

There are 3 count them 3 spots to stimulate a woman's vagina. Not just 2 like a lot of people think...
1.) Is the clitoris -- ((This will take 5-15 minutes to reach orgasm)) will produce a clear liquid, and the FEELING of an orgasm due to stimulation of the clitoris is generally concentrated around to pelvic region. this is the most common orgasm women have during intercourse, so sad...
2.) Is the "G-Spot" -- ((This will take 20-35 minutes to orgasm)) will also produce a clear liquid that will smell and even taste kind of sweet because its composed of prostate fluid that contains glucose (sugar). The FEELING of an orgasm from the stimulation of the "G-Spot" is what is called a "full body orgasm". if you've never had this, you will know... if you have you know that when your done you cant control the muscle spasms of the legs and back! This for a guy to witness is so beautiful. =). Oh and yes every girl in the world is able to squirt, if you think not then you must not have reached your peak orgasm yet!
3.) Is the "deep spot" -- ((This will take 20-35 minutes to orgasm)) Sound fake? Look it up! This my friends will release a WHITISH DISCHARGE when being stimulated, this FEELING of an orgasm also will have a "body orgasm".
$$*^*"" So even when you are being stimulate in the "deep spot" and producing the whitish discharge your most likely only having a clitoral orgasm, and just getting the building up of the "G-Spot" and "Deep Spot" orgasm. So make your BF's read up on the female anatomy and to get familiar with the vagina, how 2 stimulate it in different ways and to just try new things, and to stop just assuming their PRO's, cuz chances are they were just like i was and now i know how 2 make my GF tremble after sex to the point where i have to hold her to stop!! This is by no means a "problem" men love it!
Yeah I believe this is all normal for us females. I have the same thing and it grosses me out but my husband loves it. *wrinkles her nose* Ah well at least its normal and I'm not alone in thinking it's gross.
Seriously I'm a Dude that's called Desert penis ask him to eat it from the back then see if it turns him on. That might work seriously.
just eat the white stuff i do
I wish people would stop addressing this as a "problem", because it's really more of a blessing! As a male, I am extremely turned on and encouraging when my partner secretes this white fluid. It is a normal occurrence and I would say it happens only when she is extremely aroused. Those of you with partners who can't appreciate what you have, they don't know what a gem you really are!
My girlfriend get's creamy when she is really aroused and it's totally natural. The creamy sex has always been the best. I've been with one girl that had a very active g-spot and her natural lubrication was not viscous enough for me (to slippery). The creamy lubrication feels way better. The only thing about my girlfriend is that she has never squirted so I'm not sure if creamy girls have more dormant g-spots or not but it's just something to note. Also, she get's dryer a little bit quicker (on the brim of her hole) but it's alway wet inside. I think this happens because the consistency is stickier and will dry with friction. Last thing, even when she doesn't get creamy her lubricant feel thick and almost slimy.
Sorry it grosses some of you out but that creaminess is literally my number one turn on, bordering fetish.

I am amazed at how many women in this forum don't realize how common this is. In fact, it is so common that I've often thought the cause was the proper balance of intensity and length of foreplay. Sense the prelimenary flow of clear is always interupted during actual intercourse by the flow of white, creamy, discharge (it always seems heaviest prior to orgasm and less pronounced than the clear ejaculate during actual orgasm and virtually non-existant when foreplay is rushed), it just made sense to me that it may have very well been caused by chocolate, vanilla scented candles, soft music, and a warm yet powerful embrace. As far as taste...I prefer the flow of clear rather than the flow of white; my pallet is more appreciative of savoury than to zesty. If the taste is bothersome, it can usually be removed pleasurably with a soft, warm, damp cloth. Regarding lubrication; it makes for a much more comfortable ride than the clear flow, even when it comes out in little clumps. In relation to health: when my daughter was an infant, I noticed while bathing her, she had a similar substance coming from her vagina. I asked her doctor about it and she said it was normal and was there to keep the feminine parts from infection. The discharge you women are enjoying during sex is also normal. How can you tell the good stuff from the bad stuff? It will have a unique scent but should not be malodorous. It should be viscous and white (like healthy semen or lotion). It should not present itself with any sensation such as itching, burning, pain, should not be frothy, odiferous, or tinged with color. If you or your partner notice any of those signs, consult a doctor immediately. Any further questions, feel free to email me. P.S. I am not a doctor.
my girlfriend has had the same issue since about two years after we started dating, her gyno says its perfectly normal, also if you frequent the porn circuit you'll notice many of the girls in the the lower budget films have this white creamy discharge it is particularly more noticeable on the ladies with darker skin tones. i would still suggest asking your doctor because it could be attributed to medications or other changes in your diet, sexual activity, yeast infection although this usually has a sour oder or where you are in your cycle. but in general if there is no unpleasant smell or off putting color there is most likely nothing to worry about. also for those of you whose boyfriends are off put, it also bothered me at first then when we found out it wasn't an infection or anything bad i didn't have any more issues and our libidos went back to normal. I hope this was helpful.
Its like whipping eggs!!! Man I laughed when I read that. Makin' marangue will just never be the same from here on. :-P
its called creaming, it usually occurs during/after an orgasm but can be secreted while having regular intercourse as well. To put it simply some women can achieve this and some cant, it is not unnatural, just uncommon. Like squirting (female ejaculation) it is another form of female ejaculate.
I noticed this the very first time me and my current girlfriend had sex. Every once in a wile (usually during Oral) she has a much more powerful orgasm in which she secretes this White Creamy stuff. Im not turned off by it, actually quite the opposite I take it as a compliment.
I wouldn't worry about it ladies just tell your man its your body saying "Well done"
