Saliva for cleaning. Then antiseptic cream. Plenty of blood supply to that area. Should heal quickly.

its a genital area...its sensitive!!!!
have a shower and carefully clean with fresh water...no soaps...and no sprays after...
do the same twice a day and it will heal in no time :)
