Hey guys, I'm really attacking this addiction head on this time...really pulling out all the stops to quit. I've taken a lot of good advice from the website . Ive set up a support system, plan of action when I feel urges, and a reward program to treat myself whenever I achieve my goal of being sober for an x-amount of days.
I will be journaling every days of my progress....this could possibly turn into journaling every hour and minute as well!
So...please support me on this challenging journey! I feel confident that I can do it with your encouragement!

Day 1: 5-13-10 Thursday
Well, today is my first day on the No-Smoking Recovery Plan. It's been 7 hours since I last posted. Actually feeling very good. Had no desire today to smoke. Tonight will definitely be challenging as I will be going out and will be with friends and roommates who smoke. I just have to trust in myself and my plan of action in order not to give into urges. Will be back with more updates on the day tonight!
