About two weeks ago I got a bladder infection. I went on antibiotics and it cleared up. But a few days later, I got a yeast infection. Or at least I think it was a yeast infection. I had virtually the same symptoms a while ago and I used some cream. My gyno couldn't find any yeast, but she said the cream may have messed with her test. It eventually went away.
This time it's the same. But now the itching, and most of the swelling is gone. However, I'm getting yellow-colored discharge with some darker brown spots in it. The inside of my vagina is still a bit painful too.
I haven't been using any cream because I wasn't sure if it was a yeast infection, and that may make it worse. I also don't have access to a doctor until December. My biggest concern is that it's an STD.
Does anyone have any suggestions or advice? I could really use some right now.

Very often, when you use antibiotics, then you develop a yeast infection, so it might be it. But also .. might not.
