Recently I have been experiencing constipation and when I have tried to go to the toilet there has a dark green mucous coming out instead of waste and when I do eventually go there is mucous in the toilet. There is also bright red blood appearing occasionally. Should I be worried and what can I do tro prevent this as it is quite embarrassing.
