I have a really dark large no-head pimple hard bump on my inner thigh - bikini line. I already had those kind o things on the butt but never as bad... it hurts like a b***h ! help??? :o

This is probably due to ingrown hair or infection within hair follicles. Soon this hard bump will develop a "Head" and eventually this will release pus. I suggest that you visit a doctor who can examine and prescribe some antibiotics - these are quite common and painful. Good luck
