i was sitting on my bed when my daughter hit me in my eye and not i have something like blood shots and it scare's me what should i do to help remove those spots
I would go to the ER just to get it checked out
You most likely have a Subconjunctival Hemmorage, which should eventually fade out like a bruise. If you are having vision problems see a physician. To keep them from returning, remove your daughter from the home!
