What are you DB bench experiences? I find this exercise a bit hard to perform because my arms do not have the same strength. So, when I am lifting maximum weights, my left arm starts to shake and cannot keep up with the right and it is driving me crazy. Still, I like DB and I consider it a very effective exercise. What should I do to make it even more effective?
You could start using already checked training program that includes DB bench in it. Why innovating when there are programs already proven their worth? I was the innovator guy back when I trained almost 10 years ago and I havent thought up anything that was not already in a use nor I am training body building now. I liked DB bench because I somehow considered it a harder thing then barbell, for example, just because there is a pair of weights, one for each of your hand. It emphasizes more the difference in strength between your arms.
