Hi can someone please enlighten me with some knowledge.. I am 17 years old ,sexually active ,I haven't caught my period in three months ,my period is irregular so its precisely 2 months but I took more than one pregnancy test and results were negative I keep having pain by my womb and breast are aching me maybe I have some type of cancer or am I pregnant? Please someone help me
