Hi,

I have a deviated septum, and want to have it corrected, as i cant breather through my left side, and also have a crooked bone. But i also want to have rhinoplasty done to make my nose smaller, as I feel it is too big for my face, and hooks downwards when I smile. Can this procedure be done in one go? And can you recommend a good plastic surgeon in the London, UK?

I am very scared of surgery and the idea of the amount of pain I will have to go through, but I really want to have tis done, but in one go, because I dont think I ca do it more than once.

Thanks
Hi there, i think that you will probably need to have the surgery done in two stages. I don't think they will be able to correct the issue and also fix your nose (which probably is created by the deviated septum anyway) at the same time. You will probably have to get both done separately. DOes that make sense?
