There isnt really another way i have found to do this and recive enough pleasure to ejaculate. I suggest putting your penis between your legs and humping or rubbing a small soft toy on the head of the penis.
You can try masturbating into a sock. It may give you a different feeling then using just you left or right hand.
Im also 14 and found using a plastic bag filled with a jelly like substances after doing so insert your penis then put the bag under your matress and thrust your pelvis in and out as if your humping.
