Yesterday I was working out and I started feeling sick so I stopped. It didn't make much sense since it was my usual workout routine. Ever since I got out of the shower I've felt weird. I thought I was coming down with a cold or sometime so I took some medicine but that didn't help. 
I'm a normal 17 year old, I'm not obese or extremely skinny, I'm pretty normal when it comes to my health. 

The problem: When I move/breathe I get dizzy, weak, and can't breathe. It happens a lot throughout the day but only for a second or two and it doesn't last long. I don't know what's wrong and it's scaring me.
It could be a lot of things so you really should go see a doctor. It could just be low-blood sugar - if you eat something do you feel better?
