Scratchiness on the back of your throat and the shakes could be symptoms of ANYTHING. a sore throat!!! Dry mouth!!! Cold room temperature!!!
If you were HIV positive you would have noticed the weakness and CRUSHING tiredness!
Have you been having unprotected sex or using needle drugs with other people? Cause thats the only way you would be catching it!!

If you've got a yes to the questions asked by helpisontheway above, i would suggest seeking out a medical checkup at your local clinic for any such disease to ease your mind and if you do have something get treatment for it to help lower the concequences.
