do i have tonsillitous;

hi there' i was wondering if anyone could help me with a problem i am having in my neck. the past 2weeks I've been spitting up small mounts of blood and also having pain on the right side of my neck in front or behind my jugular trunk. It hurts to move or even touch my neck. is this tonsillitis or something else. please help.
