Any woman with healthy breasts can lactate. If you suckle or stimulate the breasts long enough you will make some milk. How much depends on how much your stimulated. Lactation has little or nothing to do with being pregnant. It has to do with prolactin. If your prolactin levels are higher then normal you will lactate. Its not a bad thing. You partner might like the milk. If he don't add some fruit to your diet to sweeten it up. There are many sites out there on lactation and adult feeding.
