breasts do have a clear, yellow, off white lactate come out when her nipples are stimulated. It is normal actually - your breasts are full of milk sacs, pregnant or not, when stimulated enough, you are stimulating the milk sacs as well to produce.
You can google nipple health and its it will answer everything for you. Though blood is NEVER norm, when nipples are bruised, sore, abused, they can a small amount. Let them heal.

Sorry but breast Cancer does not result in milk secretion it's pituitary cancer. Also breast stimulation is a cause of milk production even in the non pregnant woman
