I have the similar problem I sat in some keys and I ended up with a zit from sitting in the key it pinched my skin and now no matter what I do I use rubbing alcohol peroxide and still it's been four months and I went in the shower and popped it and pus and blood still came out. No matter what I do a few days later it fills up again till I drain it if rub it and clean it two three times a day it stays small buy if I don't it gets as big as a quarter it's rather embarrassing to tell your doctor who is female that you have a big zit on you butt what should I do will they need surgery to cut it and drain it or what should i do?? I'm pretty sure this is caused by demodex mites guys.
Iodine and magnesium oil should kill them, they kind of want to keep sebum flowing and eat it all up, you will probably have them in other areas.
It's a human variant of mange basically, most people have these mites some people have more due to a lack of magnesium and iodine to protect their skin.

Please someone tell me that I'm paranoid I'm 44 years old i haven't been sexually active in a few years but i do masturbate a lot i guess. I myself freaked out when i got these after shaving. Must keep the area clean when you wake up after a shower clean area with antibacterial soap pat dry and add neosporin to it. before bed same thing clean area and so on. They will go away just dont pick,scratch or anything.

Change your soap brands. Avoid any soap with petrochemicals. Get the most natural one you can. Do not use Lube or moisturisers down there at all. I had the same thing and it was a reaction to petrochemicals. They will go away after a month of avoiding these things. (Most soaps and handsoaps, lubes and moisturizers will contain the irritant)

Forgot to mention laundry powder. Try and get the most chemical free one you can! Or rinse clothes thoroughly after washing.
It's not that the chemicals are super bad, its more a case that some of use are very sensitive to them. And our bodies reactes with the pimple blisters

im 65 and have had these for years! Ive found that squeezing them generally makes them worse, they can get larger! Over the years i have twice had to go and have the larger ones surgically removed in an out patient clinic! On my last visit
the surgeon removed 5 of the largest ones, several of which have left scars! Yes, some will squeeze out, but most wont so its best not to mess with them!
My surgery was elective, the doctor said they were no harm, but i wanted them removed! wish you luck!

I think that they are just hair follicles, I have about 20 or so of them, I'm 15. They are all different a sizes, I have a few that are big and a lot that are pretty small but noticeable, when squeezed they let out this white stuff like glue or a worm kind of looking thing. I've had them for a year and nothing has happened. They have to be natural and cleansing the scrotum once a day should remove them quickly
